Welcome to Year 3

We have an exciting year ahead of us as we enjoy new topics such as Rivers, Ancient Egyptians and Ancient Greece. As part of the children’s transition to KS2 they will develop their reasoning skills in maths, comprehension skills in reading and their creativity, using their cursive writing. Across the curriculum, the children continue to build upon their Oracy skills,  using the KS2 framework.

As part of Claygate Primary School’s values we will be focusing on being courageous, staying safe and healthy and always achieving the best we can. We look forward to developing independence as curious learners.
